High School Permission Forms

Parents/Guardians, if you have not yet registered for School Day you must do so now. All permission forms for the high school visit are due tomorrow-Tuesday, November 24. In trying to reduce paper all permission forms are now on line.  All you need to do is one click. If you have questions, please call the school.

Parents/Guardians, please go to School Day and complete the online registration form so that your student can attend the high school tour on November 25. There is no cost for this trip. If you have not yet registered on School Day, contact Mrs. Crawford, our office manager, for the key code to sign up.
