As part of the transition process from grade 8-9, all WRDSB students visit their home high school to learn about this exciting new journey. Students will listen to a presentation, take a tour of the high school, and meet several important personnel, all of which are integral pieces in making a smooth transition into grade 9. On Wednesday, November 26^th most grade 8, WGD students, will be visiting PHS from 9:00am until 11:30am. Unfortunately due to bussing cut backs this year, we will be walking to and from PHS for this visit. Please remind your student to dress according to the weather. We will obviously reschedule due to inclement weather if there is such a need. Students must leave to and from the WGD with their class and advisor teacher. Students MAY NOT get dropped off at PHS by their parent. Please ensure your student returns the signed permission form by Friday, November 21^st to their advisor teacher.
