LUNCH OFF CAMPUS

Off Campus Lunch Procedures:

1.  Parental Consent – signed letter stating specific date or for full term

* Please reissue notes as of April 29th, 2013

2. Student signs out of school at the beginning of 2nd Nutrition Break

3. Student eats lunch at the chosen venue

* Please no food back in the cafeteria or on the school grounds

4. Student signs back in at the main office before attending period 5 classes
